According to the public relations report of Mehrgan Qazvin Hospital, the newborn resuscitation workshop was held theoretically and practically with the aim of increasing the skill level and empowering the employees based on the annual program.
The first meeting was held in 1999 in the maternity ward of Mehrgan Hospital, Qazvin, with the presence of Mr. Arjamand Sarkar, Senior Expert of Quds Hospital, and other midwives.
The NICU department of Mehrgan Hospital is the first private special care department for newborns in Qazvin province. Among the advantages of this department are the proximity to the delivery block, operating rooms, and the use of the most advanced equipment in the world, along with experienced medical staff.
It is worth mentioning that in this theoretical and practical workshop, colleagues were trained in the skills of "dealing with a sick baby" and "intubation and drug therapy".
